It got busy, and I'm trying to figure out a time to exercise. I've been getting up to go to work at 6 am, which is when I do best about working out. By the time I get home I'm hungry and tired, and exercise is the last thing I want to do. By the time evening comes around, it seems like I have too many other things to do.
Problem is, diet alone is not working-so I just need to get moving.
