Interesting

I am down 4 1/2 pounds!!!!

I have only been to Curves 3 times each month in July and August. The only other exercise I have had is walking to school with Ced a few times. But I realized what is different from before. My sleeping habits have changed drastically. Because of Lili's school schedule this year I have to get up by 6:30. That is freaking early for me, but it means I go to bed earlier too. I think that is the key factor here. Who new I just needed to go to bed?

  2. Maybe that's why I lost so much during the school year but nothing while I was trying this summer. My sleep habits are definitely better during the school year.
