It's on again!!

So, lately I've been really stressed out trying to plan my library's Halloween carnival and I've been eating more fast food and junk than I have in a long time. As a result, I now officially weigh more than I ever have. Not a great thought. The good thing is that I'm now motivated to lose weight. I'm telling you because I want someone else to go through this with me. It's hard by myself.

Here are my goals.

Cut back eating out to once a week. This one will be hard because my roommates really like to eat out. Mealtime is about the only time we get to spend together, so we end up going out a lot. I told them my goal so hopefully they won't tempt me to break it too often.

Exercise three times a week. Once this is habit, I will up it to five times a week.

No more candy. I can have three desserts a week, but no candy.

I will keep a food journal.

I will post weekly to share my progress.



Ok, I'll start with those five. Please don't make me do this alone!
