Helpful website
I just found a great website. It is calorie count.about.com. It allows you to look up foods, track your daily intake, exercise, and weight. It actually reminds me a lot of the weight watchers site, only it uses calories, not points. I am going to give it a try. I actually downloaded it as an app on the iPad, so it is available that way as well. I'll let you know what I think in a week or so.

ReplyDeleteThat sounds like a great website. I've been calculating a lot of my calorie counts manually. It's nice to have it in app form, too, so it's much handier than going to find your computer/laptop.
