Yoga

Lili must have really liked doing yoga with me the other day. When she went to bed she asked if she could wake up early and do yoga again before she went to school. Could be a fun new tradition. Maybe in our place in Germany there will be enough space for family yoga time with everyone in the mornings.

  3. Yoga is more about stretching and balance (at least beginner's yoga). Pilates is more about building strength. I like both for different reasons. I like to do yoga in the morning to get all my snap, crackles, and pops out. I always wake up with a sore back and legs and it helps me loosen up. If you want to try it, there are some really good beginner videos on YouTube.com/yogatic and search for beginner. (I love her accent too.)
