Doing ok

I've been doing pretty well on the exercise side of things. My friend just joined my gym so now I have someone to workout with. We've been going pretty steadily and our goal is at least 4 times a week. We are also going to keep each other away from candy. Only I'm being realistic this time. Instead of completely cutting it out we are going to start by reducing the amount we eat. She also found a sight called Hungry Girl (www.hungry-girl.com) that has recipes, snacks and things. They have great lists of things that are healthy or healthier that you can just buy with no preparation. I found some ice cream bars that have 100 cal and 2g of fat. They're the skinny cow truffle bars. They taste pretty good, too. Also, I found that the sugar free jello snack packs have only 10 cal and no fat. It's a great snack. Just a couple of suggestions for the sugar rush we all get.
