Ok, I am not going to keep track of everything I eat anymore, it's too exhausting. Instead I a going to make sure I get exercise in and concentrate on eating healthy food, instead of yucky food. But I am not going to beat myself up for eating a cookie now and then, as long as it's just every now and then. Sugar-free ice cream bars make that a lot easier. Now if I could just find some sugar free jelly beans...
The Curves thing is working out pretty well. Last week I got in two Curves workouts, and cardio 4 days. My biggest exercise week yet!

Ooh, be careful of sugar-free jelly beans. I tried some sugar-free Jelly Bellies once, and got the runs. I thought it might be coincidence, so the next week I had some more...
ReplyDeleteThere are some cookie recipes that I don't feel as guilty eating...though that means I eat enough to make up for the low-fatness.
I had some sugar free licorice once that gave me the same problem.
ReplyDeleteHmmm, well now I know what to give Wilson when he has had too much milk. Poor guy, he would probably go for sugar free jelly bellies a lot more readily than the nasty smelling laxative he usually has to take. :)
ReplyDeleteCan't he take the X-lax that tastes sort of like chocolate?
