success

Well, I must be doing something right. I don't think I have dropped much weight yet as my clothes seem to fit me the same still, but my endurance has definitely improved. Two weeks ago if you had asked me to run I probably would not have made it two houses away before feeling like I had to stop. Last night I ran the length of my entire block without stopping, twice. It may not be far for some, but for me that was an amazing accomplishment. :)
