I did really well on day 1. I went to the gym did the day 1 exercises plus a couple of extra machines, but instead of doing the assigned cardio, I did half an hour on a stationary bike. I'm still a little sore from Monday so I know it did something.
Yesterday, day 2, didn't happen. I ended up going to a movie with my friends (The Artist, it was fantastic) and then to dinner.
Tonight, day 3, isn't going to happen either. Wednesday nights have become line dancing nights. I go with my roommate to a place in town and we line dance for about 2 1/2 hours. It's fun and I get to call it exercise. I usually end up with over 20,000 steps on Wednesdays because of it.
So, I get to start over with the plan tomorrow. Next week won't be such an odd week so maybe I will be more consistent.
