New challenge

O.k. So now I finished my no sugar thing, I wanted to do something to concentrate on building strength and stamina. For me exercise has been practically non-existent the last few, well, for a long time. I have been using the treadmill occasionally, but not enough. So I found this two week regimen that looks doable, and everything is spelled out. So I am going to try that. Today being day one, I am going to do an upper body strength routine and a 30 minute walk with set speeds.
