I'm sorry if these posts are boring, but the only thing that keeps me from rationalizing myself out of exercising is knowing I am going to post about it when I am done. Thanks for bearing with me.

Day 2
So I did the second set of exercises today. They are kind of weird. After doing two or three it doesn't feel like you are doing anything at all. After 10 or 12 I thought, o.k. I guess they are doing a little bit. But a couple of hours later, my mid and lower back and thighs are burning! So I guess they worked after all.

I'm glad you post. It reminds me of what I should be doing. I actually wanted to start doing the workout you posted. I'm starting next Monday and I will post my progress, too. That way we can both have boring posts. :)
