Day 5

I like not having to worry about it on weekends, even if it does mean it will take me longer to get through. There really isn't any way I could do it on weekends. So this morning my cold is back with a vengeance. (Actually it never left, it just got a second wind.) I really wanted to just skip it today, but I decided to get moving anyway. I did the strengthening exercises. (They really are getting easier, I can do a lot more repetitions than when I started, and I am not as sore afterwards.) Then I just took it a little easy on the walking part. I did all 30 minutes, but without the speed increases. I figure it's better than just going back to bed like I wanted to do.
