Day 3

So today was a little bit harder. I have realized that I am most vulnerable to sugary snacks, and just plain overeating in general when I am tired, which I am today. I did make it though. And I even did 45 minutes on the treadmill today.
I am trying to figure out if gatorade is too sugary to count as a sugary drink. There is only 80 calories in a small bottle, but there are 21 grams of carbs. I really don't know if that is a lot or not. (Though it seems like it is.) Do any of you know?

  1. Well, it's the official drink of the nfl and the nba. It can't be too bad for you, I guess.
