Self control

I find I have absolutely no self control if I get even slightly hungry. I have a hard time making meals and then taking sensible portions, although I do better if I eat lots of little snacks and make sure I'm writing stuff down. This is helping me in that i feel like I've passed on stuff I would have eaten otherwise, but I've a long way to go. It doesn't help that I get home tired and feel too lazy to make something good.
