Counting...
So yesterday I counted up my points, thought I'd done pretty good, but later realized I left off the clam chowder I had for lunch. At least it is homemade low-fat Manhatten style, so it didn't add too many more points. I weighed in at 185 again monday-at least I'm down 5 pounds from a month ago, but still haven't managed to get on the eliptical.
