O.k. So here's the deal. I am growing, and not in a good way. Pretty soon I won't have any clothes left that will fit me, and this is a problem because I can't go and buy any more, nor do I want to. I have been trying for three months to loose some weight on my own, and I just can't do it. Hence the accountability blog. Every day I am going to post a food log, everything I swallow all day long. I figure if I have to own up to it, perhaps it will be easier to say no to those stupid Rolo's in the cupboard and the like. I will also post whether I exercised or not, what I did and for how long. Then once a week I am going to post my BMI (if I can figure out how to figure it out. :))
So, you are welcome to join in if you want. Post your goals, whatever they are, and let us help cheer you on. I hope this doesn't sound too corny, but I am really hoping it will help.

I think this is a great idea. After I lose a big chunk of weight in the next week or so, I plan to try to lose more over time, so I'll be contributing.

I did good today-until I got home and finished off the jar of gingersnaps because Kevin had been gone all week and didn't even know they existed. At least I didn't break into the Girl Scout Cookies.
