Yeah!

It actually motivates me more to have other people watching exactly how much weight I go up or down, more than rewarding myself with this or that. I went to a checkup with my health insurance company this week, they checked my cholesterol, BMI, weight, and blood glucose levels. My cholesterol is good, though my good cholesterol is low. I went because I get a $50 rebate for showing up. We get a $50 rebate if we are healthy that day, but my BMI was too high-though now I have a chance for another $100 if I lose 10 points within a year.

I've found that if I watch my fat intake, I maintain weight, if I watch both sugar and fat, I lose weight slowly, if I exercise too, I lose weight faster...sounds simple eh? I have to track what I eat, because I don't have good portion control otherwise, especially after eating what I want for a while.
