Snack attack

I realized that a lot of the time I want a snack I'm not really hungry. I just want something to chew on so I keep some sugar free gum handy.

  1. I got this tip from Karen a long time ago. Any time you are eating because you are bored or your mouth wants something to do, just drink some water. You can really increase your water intake this way, too.

  2. that's a good idea, I chew a lot of gum for this reason. I can only handle half a stick though.
