Breakfast:
Two pieces of wheat toast with peanut butter
1/2 an apple (I ran out of time)
Lunch:
One 1/4 cheeseburger from Dairy Queen
Fries (at least I didn't eat them all)
Small Mint Oreo Blizzard
Dinner:
3/4 cup applesauce with cinnamon
Snacks:
1/2 a bag of cheddar cheese rice cakes
1 marshmallow
1 heartburn tablet
45 oz water
Exercise:
1 hour of DDR
40 minutes of pilates (no band :) )
I went to Dairy Queen for lunch. I had just been to my Internet people to pay my bill. They make me mad. I had planned on getting a salad and no blizzard, but I needed a shake after being in that office. Anyway, afterward I felt really gross and I still felt gross when I got home from work so I spent two hours trying to work off what I ate. I still feel gross.
